Introduction
The revered journey of Adi Kailash & Aum parvat is located on Indo-China border and un explored regions of the Himalayas of Uttarakhand. After 75 years of independence roads have been built and thus makes this area accessible to the devotees of Shiva. The Vyas Valley where the Adi Kailash & Aum parvat are located are verdant and scenic valleys with a few small villages like Gunji, Kuti, Nabhi located. These villages were places to stop during the 18 days long trekking journey to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The people of these villages are Bhutias and are a part of Dar Clan. They are simple, caring and god fearing people living in this harsh land for centuries. During winters they migrate to base as this area experience heavy snow and sun zero degree temperatures. Best time to visit May, June, September & mid-November.
DAY 01: DELHI – BHIMTAL [Approx. 7h (310 km) via NH9]
Arrive at Delhi Railway Station/Airport and drive to Bhimtal. On arrival at Bhimtal, check in to your hotel. In the evening proceed to Bhimtal Lake for boating (own cost). Dinner and Overnight stay at Bhimtal.
DAY 02: BHIMTAL – DHARCHULA [Approx. 9h (255 km) via NH9]
This morning departs for Dharchula. On arrival at Dharchula, check-in to your Guest House. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharchula.
DAY 03: DHARCHULA – NABI [Approx. 3h (87 km)]

DAY 04: NABI – OM PARVAT (4200M) – NABI (Approx. 50 km round trip)

mountain. Offer prayers and meditate in the serene vicinity of this spiritual marvel, surrounded by the Himalayas’ tranquility.

DAY 05: NABI – ADI KAILASH (4572M) – NABI (Approx. 60 km round trip)

DAY 06: NABI – DHARCHULA (Approx. 87km: 3hrs Approx.) – PITHORAGARH (Approx. 95km: 3hrs.)

charm before embarking on the scenic drive back to Dharchula.
En Route: Relive the breathtaking landscapes and memories etched along the journey.

On arrival Dharchula, drive to Pithoragarh. Dinner and Overnight stay in Pithoragarh.
DAY 07: PITHORAGARH – KAINCHI DHAM – HALDWANI (Approx. 7 hr (203 km) via NH 309B and NH109)
Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Haldwani on the way visit Kainchi Dham – Shri Neem Karori Baba Ashram Darshan. Dinner and Overnight stay in Haldwani.
DAY 08: HALDWANI – DELHI (Approx. 6hr (290km) via NH9)
Morning breakfast at hotel, and you are on your last lap of this yatra. Drive back to Delhi. On reaching Delhi transfer to Railway Station/Airport.

Adi Kailash, Parwati Sarovar, Aum Parvat, Kali Mandar, Vyas Gufa. Experience the divinity and mysticism of these sacred shrines as we take you on a journey to the Abode of Gods.
IMPORTANT POINTS FOR YOUR INFORMATION DURING YOUR AADI KAILASH & OM PARVAT TOUR:
MEALS –
- During your stay at beyond Dharchula hotel the meals that would be provided at Guest Houses/Home stay/Camps are on fixed menu basis.
- Breakfast would serve Tea/coffee, Parantha & curd, Poori Bhaji or similar.
- Dinner menu – 01 Veg + 01 Dal + Roti, + Rice+ ACP+ Sweet (Please note there could be changes in menu depending availability of vegetables)
- During your stay in Bhimtal, Pithoragarh, Lohaghat hotels would be served on fixed menu basis and has variety of dishes on the buffet.
HOTELS –
- Kuti. Since these hotels have very basic amenities you are advised not to expect facilities like hotels in metro cities. The destination is opened for tourists after independence as road are being developed throughout the circuit.
- Basic amenities like electricity are not available. However, hotels/home stay/camps/guest houses have power back up for limited usage only till 9-10 PM.
- All the accommodations are on dormitory style basis during your stay beyond Dharchula. The accommodation 4/5/6 sharing basis beds. Thus, for two families we shall split the group for women & for men for stay only.
- The toilets are common toilets and a separate toilet block is located nearer to the accommodation. There is a separate toilet block which yatris have to use. During the use of Toilet blocks bucket of hot water is provided to the yatris.
- The accommodation for your stay in Bhimtal, Pithoragarh, Lohaghat are 3 star facilities and all facilities are available like hot and cold water, attached toilets, TV etc. The food as well at these hotels would be served on fixed menu basis and has variety of dished on the buffet.
- Also note that we reserve the right to change hotels any point of time after the booking is confirmed. This may happen due to non-operational room/un availability/bouncing of room by hotel as this is a remote destination and hotels have small room inventories.
- IN case of any road block or natural calamity additional nights/stays involved guests have to bear the costs on directly payment basis.
- NO refunds allowed in case of last minute cancellation or due to road blocks.
TRANSPORT –
- We would provide with good vehicles such as sedan, MUV/ Mini Vans, however, you are advised to keep patience as driver may not be able to drive fast due to hilly terrain, bad roads, traffic etc.
- We shall provide 4×4 vehicles after Dharchula as our vehicles cannot reach upto Adi Kailash. These would be Bolero Camper Jeeps in which max 4 persons would be allowed.
- Only 4 persons to a Jeep would be provided
- The parking lots at these destinations are limited you are advised to set up the time & place with driver to pick you up on your return.
- Since we do not have good transport beyond Bhimtal, it may take some time to replace vehicle and you would have to travel on the alternate option provided by us.
- At times you may have to pay directly on the spot to hire a local vehicle in event of your transport vehicle breakdown.
- We do not recommend travel in vehicles after 8 PM. In case clients gets delay due to whatsoever reason and cannot reach to the hotel booked for them, they would have to stay at the nearest destination and no refund would be allowed for unutilized services.
- We shall provide necessary back up in event of any break down however, guest has to bear the cost of additional vehicle deployed
CONNECTIVITY –
Mobile connectivity is rare along the whole drive. Though you may get connectivity at times during your travel. Thus you are advised to keep you driver informed of pick up timings & meeting places.
REGISTRATION & PREMITS –
Registration of yatris is a must. For registration of Inner line permits we would require following documents
- Aadhar Card
- COVID vaccination Certification
- 02 Passport size photographs
- Health certificate by your local doctor duly signed & stamped (The stamp must have doctors registration details)
Permits for travel are to obtained from Local Uttarakhand district government & police authorities. Thus, these offices are closed on Sundays. National Holidays & some restricted holidays.
Thus it is advisable for all the guests traveling must send us the documents as mentioned above at least 15-20 days prior to arrival enabling us to procure necessary permits.
INDEMINITY BOND & EVACUATION BOND
All the guests must have to fill an indemnity bond provided by us compulsorily. These bonds must be signed by all the guests traveling individually. IN case of absence of indemnity bond we shall not let the clients travel after Dharchula. Also all arrangements for your stay would be considered as cancelled and no refunds would be allowed.
For Helicopter evacuation bond shall also be signed by all the guests traveling. The same would be applicable in case of Helicopter evacuation. All the expenses of Helicopter evacuation would be borne be the guests.
TRAVEL TIPS:

● Carry snacks with you in case of long traffic jams/landslides.
● Carry Drinking Water, and medicines with you.
● Respect customs of locals.
● Carry Rain Coat / Umbrella, torch, minimum luggage with you.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
We have tried our best to provide all the information on Adi Kailash & Aum Parvat.
However, we reserve the right to change the program as per the requirement of clients & availability of accommodation and other reasons.
The program is involving treacherous hill drives and clients have to be informed about the climatic conditions in Uttarakhand during yatra from extreme hot to extreme cold. Also during the yatra season due to heavy rush there are lot of traffic jams, diversions and restrictions put by the authorities.
During yatra season the Traffic is allowed on the roads from 5 AM Till 8 PM and there after traffic is not allowed at all. In case passengers get delayed due to traffic congestion & landslide which is beyond our control may not be able to reach the hotel booked for them would have to bear the expenses of their stay for that night.
